Job Description

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, understanding customer needs or issues and ensuring satisfaction. You will work with the various departments within Secutec to deliver solutions, generate sales through upselling/cross-selling and maintain long-term customer relationships. Key tasks include customer communication, problem solving and maximizing sales.

 

Required skills

  • Strong negotiation skills, goal and customer focused
  • Flexibility, stress resistant and decisive
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in native Dutch or French, and fluent expression in English.
  • Accumulated cybersecurity knowledge is a plus
  • Knowledge of Office, Teams, CRM
  • +3 years of experience in a commercial role within an ICT or Service oriented environment

 

Responsibilities

You will strengthen the sales department commercially, taking responsibility for:

  • Following up existing customers, as well as expanding the customer base
  • Building strong relationships based on trust
  • Influencing purchasing decisions
  • Preparing briefings on the business, technical and financial benefits of the technology offered
  • Organizing meetings with decision makers
  • Developing customized solutions through collaboration with clients
  • Following up on marketing mailing and campaigns, as well as actively participating in marketing campaigns
  • Helping achieve set objectives
  • Ensuring service quality by working closely with other departments and ensuring that all departments understand customer requirements

In addition, you study the security policy within Secutec, and you are prepared to follow it closely and take the necessary actions. These actions include following up on trainings, campaigns and other security-related courses.
