Secutec is looking for a Process Analyst within our Banking Security Operations Center (SOC).

From our Banking Services Department, we provide a Security Operations Center for one of our major banking clients. Our goal is to ensure an optimal customer experience, constantly anticipating risks such as money laundering and fraud.

Job description

As a Process Administrator, you will be part of the Secutec team but work flexibly from our client’s offices and our own headquarters. You will analyze their current SOC environment and work processes, being primarily responsible for:

  • Writing out and streamlining processes;
  • Critically analyzing processes and reworking where necessary;
  • Providing valuable recommendations for optimization;
  • Maintaining strong communication channels between Secutec and stakeholders such as scrum masters and product owners at the customer.

Some of your responsibilities:

  • You take responsibility for the maintenance and optimization of assigned processes.
  • You translate business needs into clear, implementable (technical) scenarios.
  • You gather, structure and prioritize change requests and provide second-line support, including documentation and training.

In addition, you study the security policy within Secutec, and you are prepared to follow it closely and take the necessary actions. These actions include following up on trainings, campaigns and other security-related courses.

Required skills:

  • Technical and experienced: You have a technical background and preferably several years of experience in writing out technical processes. Knowledge of modeling techniques is a strong plus.
  • Analytical and eager to learn: You have the curiosity and the analytical ability to dive into new topics and build expertise in them.
  • Communication skills: You have an excellent command of both Dutch and English.
  • Structure and cooperation: You are good at prioritizing, working in a structured way and are effective both independently and in a team.
  • Solution-oriented: You know how to involve the right people to deliver a result and adjust where necessary.
