Kaspersky – Belgium gives green light

On May 14, 2018 the Dutch government took a precautionary measure and decided to phase out Kaspersky Lab antivirus software. After Kaspersky submitted a FOI-request (freedom of information request) they have asked Brenno de Winter (research journalist) to start an independent investigation. In meanwhile the Belgian Cybersecurity Centre (CCB) confirmed that there is no reason to phase out the use of Kaspersky Lab antivirus in the Belgian government agencies.
